Requirements:
- SPM, Certificate, Diploma, Degree in any field
- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia & English
Responsibilities:
- Provide outbound and inbound calls services to contact customer with default bill payments.
- Convince customer on settlement of outstanding accounts by providing settlement packages to suit their current situation
- Accept inbound calls to assist customers in billing enquiries and RTN (return-to-normal) cases
Location : Plaza VADS,Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur
Working hours : Shift (Start : 8.30am ,End 9.30pm)
Basic Salary : SPM & Certificate- RM1200
Diploma & Degree - RM1400
Allowances : PFP– RM 300,Shift allowance-RM 40
